Uniform Policy:

Within the sport of soccer, the uniform players wear is called the kit. The kit is an important part of team organization and reinforces the concept of all players playing as a unit. Uniforms must be in good condition at all time.

All players on traveling teams within Rock Soccer should expect to purchase a uniform kit annually. The club reserves the right to modify the vendor and/or design annually. Frequently we see the apparel manufacturers change designs every two years which may necessitate a uniform change. Rock Soccer may also elect to provide a new uniform provider as necessary.  The goal of the uniform program will be to minimize expenses and provide stable uniform kits when possible.

Uniform numbers are assigned by the club and may change each season. This responsibility must lie with the club to reduce problems with duplicate numbers within a team and to allow player passing between teams.  When possible, club registrar and/or admin will work with a family who may have passed down uniforms but the club cannot guarantee that the passed down uniform will be acceptable for gameplay after the result of team formation.

If a uniform number conflict occurs due to team formation, the older player by birthdate shall retain his or hers previous season number and the younger participant will be required to order a new kit.

Uniforms are not covered under the Rock Soccer scholarship program. Families that no longer have a use for current design uniforms are encouraged to donate those back to the club to support those families that may be in need. Please contact our club administrator admin@rocksoccerclub.org if you have a uniform to donate or if you have any further questions.
