Annual informational meeting Tonight

The Rock Soccer Club will hold its annual spring informational meeting at 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday , Jan. 26 in the small auditorium and Craig High School in Janesville. Enter through the main doors or the sophomore doors on south side.

Information will be available for players interested in joining the club. Roster spots are available for all ages.

Elections will be held for club officers in 2009.

Need another reason to attend? The club will hold a raffle for various soccer items, including a brand new Personal Soccer bag, Bayern Munchen professional soccer jersey, authentic Santos Futbol Club (Brazil) patch and more Raffle tickets $5 each; 5 for $20.

Teams forming for spring 2009

Registration is now under way for the spring 2009 season of the Rock Soccer Club youth soccer league. The Rock Soccer Club employs coaches and officials who are certified and invested in teaching your children in a supportive, skill-based environment. We have boys and girls teams in most age levels. Skills League

Our Skills League is an instructional, fun-filled program for girls and boys ages 3-10. Invite a new player to join and receive $10 off. Registration info HERE

Janesville Youth Sports Complex

Directions to the Janesville Youth Sports Complex from the Madison Area:

Take I90 south to the Hwy. 11 exit on the east side of Janesville.

Take the Highway 11 east exit, toward Delavan.

Turn left at the second intersection, Wuthering Hills Drive

The field is 1/2 mile ahead on your left.

Concessions

The snack shop is located on the other side of the parking lot, next to the (American) football fields. Restrooms are located behind field 12

Fields

NOTE: Games are played on fields 14, 15 and 16, on the right as you enter the sports complex. MAYSA's field assignments are out of date.
